Speaker Name(s)	Earnest DeLoach, Jr. Attorney

Speaker Bio(s)	Mr. DeLoach will speak on his communication experiences, what is effective communications, address modes and models of communicating, dealing with stereotypes in communications, and how diversity yields multiple perspectives, creating better decisions and a better work product. Earnest DeLoach, Jr. is Vice President – Legal for Balfour Beatty U.S. Southeast Division and is co-founder/co-leader of the company’s national Diversity Equity and Inclusion structure. Previously, Mr. DeLoach was a trial lawyer at his firm DeLoach Law, LLC as well as a consultant, DeLoach Consulting LLC. He has performed governmental relations and lobbying services for clients to communicate with local, state and the federal government. Mr. DeLoach has also taught at the collegiate and law school level since 2006, and was an adjunct professor in the ABA accredited paralegal studies program at Valencia College/Orlando in addition to speaking at numerous CLE events
