Webinar Synopsis: Mass Tort and Class Action litigation have some unique challenges for legal teams to overcome. In cases like these, keeping track of depositions can become overwhelming. What should you do as they start to roll in? How should you organize exhibits? And what are the logistical issues involved in setting up depositions remotely?
In the second 45 minute webinar of our series, we will cover the best ways to manage your depositions. In particular, we’ll discuss how to set up and leverage a single, searchable deposition transcript repository for multi-party, serial litigation. This resource can be invaluable as the case progresses, and witnesses, issues, and key terms become clearer. Your deposition database can save you time and aggravation. We’ll also share some tips on how to improve exhibit management and get documents prepared for trial presentation. And as a bonus, we’ll cover some of the logistics of remote depositions as well.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT:
- Creating a deposition repository
- Managing multiple depositions
- Collaborating with co-counsel and opposing counsel
- Tips on exhibits and presentation
- Deposition logistics
WHO IS IT FOR?
