Speaker Bio: 

Michael K. Hurst is former President of the Dallas Bar Association, a current Director on the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors, Partner at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, and Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hurst has been involved in many community involvement programs and received numerous awards.

CLE:  1.0 hour of general paralegal CLE credit issued through DAPA.
