Kim Williams, Sr. Office Administrator

Kim Williams is a Sr. Office Administrator with McGuireWoods. She is a strategic human resources and operations professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles Her servant leadership spirit allows her to focus on the bigger picture that promotes and retains the firm's culture and strategic vision. Her theme for 2022 is to be a Champion of Change and Lead with a Servant Spirit. Her diversity of experience includes - Operations; Human Resources (HR, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Benefits); Office Management; Training and Development; Marketing and Business Development.
She is an active member of the Dallas Human Resources Management Associate, SHRM, Dallas Association of Legal Administrators and have served in many volunteer roles over the last 15 years. She is a frequent volunteer with the Dallas PIT Crew helping with preparing candidates for interviews.

Gina is passionate about the human experience at GBA and making connections that lead to successful outcomes. Navigating virtual and hybrid work schedules to create inclusive and productive spaces has been a fervent priority for her. She works closely with internal Recruiting and Retention and DE&I committees to find professional team members who are talented and culturally aligned with the firm’s vision and core values. Gina has been with Goranson Bain Ausley for 5 years and has over 15 years of HR experience in a variety of roles including recruiting, employee relations, office management, payroll, and benefits.
