Paralegal Pep-Talk: Lessons Learned on Career Trajectory, Communication, and How to Be an Ally for Diversity

Presentation Synopsis.

Join Aaron as he conveys lessons learned from the trenches drawing from over 20 years working as a legal professional, from novice paralegal to global director and legal educator. We will explore effective communication techniques aimed at building lasting supportive connections in our industry, along with examining career options hoping to answer the burning question: “what do I want to be when I grow up”? Lastly, Aaron will navigate the challenging topic of how to be an effective ally, specifically a white ally, in the space of diversity, equity & inclusion.

Your Speaker.
