Speaker Bio.


Britta Stanton, Esq.

Britta Stanton is a trial lawyer who wins in the courtroom. Having tried many cases to verdict in state and federal courts across the country, her opposition knows she’s ready to go to trial, which also gives her clients an advantage in settlement negotiations. Her clients call her their “go-to lawyer” for solving problems in business.

Not only is Britta a seasoned trial lawyer, she is also an experienced visual communicator, with a degree in communications from the University of Texas and experience assisting lawyers at AmLaw 100 firms with trial presentation, mock trials, and jury selection.

Britta believes courtroom successes are achieved when an attorney will take the time to listen to her clients to master the facts of each case. Her clients and their employees trust her, allowing her to learn the "story" of each case. She pieces the story together through the discovery process and uses that narrative to create a theme to connect with the jury.

Britta is an active member of First United Methodist Church in downtown Dallas and the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court. She also serves as chair for the Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Texas courts.
