Join us Wednesday, July 27 for a presentation by attorney Rick Cofer on Marijuana Criminal Laws & Local Enforcement
He will go over the latest changes to cannabis laws after the most recent legislative session. He will also cover your pressing marijuana questions: So is marijuana kinda legal in Texas now? Really legal in Austin? What about outside of Austin? Can a cop search my car if the cop smells marijuana? What about medical marijuana?
Find out the answers to all your marijuana criminal law questions! Also, find out how the current and latest marijuana laws impact family and civil cases.
Due to COVID restrictions, we are limited to 75 attendees, so sign up soon! We are not currently able to offer the "CLE ONLY" in-person registration.

The Travis County Public Defender's Office is still accepting donations of clothes for their clients to wear for court appearances. They are also collecting new socks, underwear, toothbrushes, mini toiletries, and shoes to supply their clients in need. Donations will be accepted at the monthly CLE meetings.
