MEETING INFO
Deborah Carroll, ACP, is a Senior Risk Analyst and Advanced Certified Paralegal on the Corporate Insurance Team at Southwest Airlines Co., where she manages passenger claims from intake through resolution and analyzes the risk of litigation. Prior to joining the Corporate Insurance Team in 2021, she was a Senior Paralegal in the Legal Department at Southwest, handling third party subpoenas and litigation filed against the company. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Southwestern Paralegal Institute in 2000 and then became a Certified Paralegal through NALA in 2007, later earning her Advanced Certified Paralegal designation in discovery through NALA in 2022. Deborah is the former VP of Education for the NTPA, she is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Dallas Area Paralegal Association, Texas Bar Association, and Women in Aviation.
