Gregg Gallian

Gregg Gallian graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2014. Gregg started his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Dallas County District Attorney's office. Gregg tried over 30 jury trials in one year and was selected as the Prosecutor of the Year in 2015.

In 2019, Gregg opened Gallian Firm where he handles exclusively state and federal criminal defense matters. In that capacity, Gregg has tried more than 20 jury trials with an acquittal rate above 50%. Recently, Gregg obtained a Not Guilty verdict in federal court on charges of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud. Many prestigious law firms rejected the case calling it "unwinnable."

In May 2020, Gregg argued a unique suppression issue in front of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Gregg has been featured in D Magazine's Best Lawyers from 2020-2023 and Texas Super Rising Star from 2019-2023. Gregg resides in Dallas with his wife, Jaclyn Gallian, and their two children. A true highlight of Gregg's career is that in August of this year, Jaclyn joined Gallian Firm to expand their practice into areas including Civil and Commercial Litigation. 

This event qualifies for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit through DAPA.
