Jeff Daniel Clark, Esq.

Jeff is the co-founder of GreenClark PLLC. Prior to co-founding that law firm, Jeff was a solo practitioner focused on plaintiffs litigation criminal defense. Before his legal career however, Jeff was a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was a member of New Agent Class 08-04 at Quantico, where his classmates elected him to deliver the class speech at graduation. Jeff then spent over seven years working in the FBI's Criminal Investigative Division and was the lead case agent on numerous complex investigations involving drug trafficking, money laundering, and civil and criminal asset forfeiture. Jeff brings a deep investigative approach to each of the firm's cases and his federal law enforcement experience uniquely positions him to uncover helpful facts for the firm's civil and criminal litigation clients.

Jeff is also an adjunct professor of law at SMU, where he co-teaches the Police Misconduct Litigation course with Don Tittle. Jeff has been a Texas Certified Public Accountant for over twenty-five years. Prior to working for the FBI, Jeff had an extensive career in the corporate business sector where he held positions as a hedge fund analyst, a corporate controller, and the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded biotechnology corporation. Jeff's extensive financial, accounting, and investment expertise make him a highly knowledgeable advocate for clients seeking monetary compensation for their injuries and for client facing white collar criminal charges and SEC investigations.
