Basics of Patenting Worldwide

Cynthia Minchillo, RP, CP joined Chalker Flores, LLP in January of 2010. She earned her Paralegal Advanced Competency (PACE) Registered Paralegal (RP®) designation in 1997 from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Political Science, cum laude, in 2000 and a Masters of Public Affairs degree in 2003 from the University of Texas at Dallas, and earned her Certified Paralegal (CP®) designation in 2024 from the National Association of Legal Assistants.  

Current memberships include the Dallas Area Paralegal Association and the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She has held various elected and appointed positions with her local, state and national paralegal associations, as well as serving as an American Bar Association Paralegal Approval Commission Representative and special site visitor. She is a presenter and author on various continuing legal education topics. Cynthia served as an adjunct faculty member of El Centro College's Paralegal Program from 2005 to 2007 and has been an adjunct faculty member of Collin College's Paralegal Program since 2011.

This event qualifies for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit through DAPA.
